How do I know the shoes will fit?
Use the sizing chart on any of the "SHOES" pages. If you receive the shoes and would like to exchange the size, just return the shoes and we will send you the correct size at no additional shipping charge.
What is your return / exchange policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Ballo dance shoes, simply return them within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All shoes must be in original condition and in original packaging. Worn shoes are not returnable.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through the PAYPAL online service. Paypal accepts the following major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. All our prices are are in Canadian currency. Cash sales are available at events which we attend.
How do you ship and how long will it take?

Where can I buy your shoes?
Other than purchasing directly from us online, Ballo Shoes currently promote their shoes at various Dance events and our shoes are available at various dance studios and some dance shoe retailers. What is so different about Ballo dance shoes?
Ballo dance shoes are designed by dancers with the utmost comfort in mind and the the most original, fashionable looks of the day. We spend a lot of time in Research & Development and do not simply copy others' shoes. Our shoes are developed from the ground up as dance shoes and are tested before being sent to manufacture. They are unique in their use of a wedge-shaped midsole.
Why A Wedge-Shaped Sole?
The shoe was designed with a one-piece wedge sole so as to maximize the contact surface of the shoe with the dance floor. This increases a dancer’s stability and keeps one’s center of gravity in contact with the floor at all times. This design also allows for a reinforced arch to be built into the sole for greater comfort and less foot fatigue.
Are Ballo shoes a revolution or an evolution?
Ballo shoes are made entirely of lightweight suede and leathers. Padding in the tongue, insoles, sides and collar result in a dance shoe with the comfort of a sneaker. As a dance shoe, it has a suede sole for smooth and stable turns but we gave our shoes a small rubber heel for stopping traction and better control. The result; an evolution/revolution of the dance shoe because not only are they comfortable and fashionable, but also unisex. Ballo dance shoes are an idea that cross the established norms for dance shoes. Function and form are hand in hand.
How do I care for my Ballo Dance Shoes?
You care for your Ballo Dance Shoes as you would any dance shoe. You should brush the suede sole with a strong bristled dance shoe brush to keep the nap raised when you see the sole becoming smooth and slippery. Ballo Dance Shoes have a thicker than average sole and can take a vigorous scrubbing without wearing them thin. A small amount of oil, such as Castor Oil will also help raise the nap on the soles. Do a bit of brushing after the oil is well absorbed. The Castor oil will also help to stop you from sliding on a very slick floor.
Can I wash my Ballo Dance Shoes in the washing machine?
No.
Can I wear my Ballo Dance Shoes to walk around outdoors?
No, the shoes were designed to be used on dry, indoor surfaces.
What happens to my personal information when I purchase directly from Ballo Shoes online?
When you place an order or communicate with us via email, we collect your email address so we can, from time to time, inform you of any promotions, sales or events directly related to Ballo. The emails we gather are never shared with other organizations nor are they sold or rented. If you do not want to receive email from us simply contact us.
