Our salsa group classes are a great way to meet new people and have fun at the same time!
At Belltown Dance Studio, we are not about the flashy, choreographed performance moves or just teaching patterns. We give all our students individual attention and focus on technique, as well as finding a connection with your partner. With our optional rotating system, a dance partner is never requirement. Our leads are taught to be strong yet gentle, and for the follows we focus on good technique, teaching you to be sharp in your senses. Styling within our patterns is never left un-noticed.
One of the highlights of our studio is our Sundays and soon Wednesdays salsa dance practicas. All levels of students are welcome to come practice what they have learned.
Other events, such as road trips, summer out-door salsa dancing and Jack & Jill Salsa and other competitions are offered and open to the public. The competition takes place approximately once a month, and each winner receives over $100 worth in gift packages. This provides yet another fun way to get to know your fellow students, as well as others in our salsa dance community.
